To support you in your widening participation and Aimhigher activities, Aimhigher West can provide free staff development events from short presentations at INSET days or staff meetings to seminars, workshops and invitations to larger area/regional conferences. In 2006 we carried out a Training Needs Analysis that identified the topics and support that teachers, advisors, Aimhigher and widening participation practitioners in our Area felt they needed most.
Widening participation agendas and educational developments are ongoing and are constantly developing and therefore we welcome your ideas and suggestions for future events.
