Employing University and College students as Ambassadors, Mentors and Tutors to work with students in schools and colleges has proved one of the most successful Aimhigher activities. To support them in their work all our Ambassadors, Mentors and Tutors undergo a common training programme, developed and coordinated by the Students Strand of the Aimhigher West Programme.
